I've had more than 24 hours to think about it and can't think of a single mildly humourous thing to say about the pope dying. There's a few jokes on the internet about dead popes, you can find themselves. I need a holiday.

Walked past here earlier. I was reminded that it was where both Neil Sedaka's Love Will Keep Us Together and Joy Division's Love Will Tear Us Apart were recorded (7 years apart in 1983 and 1980 respectively).

We've had a toaster for the past 15 years which bleeps in an endearing way when turned on and when popping up. It uses an electronic button to make it go up/down rather than using the traditional, manual system. We have referred to it from day one as 'the toaster of the future.'

For reasons relating to Mrs KATC's inability to understand measurements of items being purchased online I find myself currently at the Trafford Centre. Some of the people here give the impression that their visit is voluntary and that, frankly, is just odd.
