Ironically the last live service game they tried to release was Arc Raiders which failed miserably and was also supposed to be ftp but they checked out last minute

I meant in terms of new releases. People arent gravitating towards games because their promising a live service. This is mostly them complaining that AC Shadows was only the second best selling AC game of all time, and that Anno 117 wasnt the bombastic hit they wanted.

Which means that even if your politicians won't pass a law you can petition the citizens to force it to the ballot then pass it by vote.

Obviously this is usually then challenged in court where the court usually favors for the citizens thanks to amendment 2 and 15 of the state constitution.

I should add that a lot of these laws come in to existence through petitioning the citizens.

Most of the time when they don't make it to the ballot it's because they cannot be actually enacted (like the universal healthcare bill) or corporate interference.
