Instead of giving me hope, the great ideas in this book are just pissing me off, as we haven't done a single one of them. I particularly love the idea of bank-backed carbon coin that works like a secured bond and pays people not to burn fossil fuels. Also the wee bit about dismantling capitalism 😏
This book should be required reading, as it’s a blueprint for how to save our species. Hilarious that Obama liked it considering the author eviscerates his neoliberal economic policies.
