For the last few days I’ve been furiously sanding these Grödnertal inspired Maggies. There will be around 20 of them! Some Ballet dancers and also some Flapper dancers too!
They’re incredibly cute and tiny :)

She’s been successfully cleaned, woth the utmost care to preserve the gofun polish and color. No more soot and grime and her hair is brushed and shiny again. She’s right out the onsen!
Now, to get her a lovely kimono!

After a thorough cleaning to remove decades of grime and dust, and hydrating the leather, the true color came back!
Left- Dirty, dry.
Right- Clean, moisturized.
They’re now both clean, in the process of recovering the shape from the tips.

They were crushed at the tips, severely dehydrated leather and the copper eyelets were rusted inside.

And mark that extra to gather or make pin tucks! This should make it so the sides and bottom are straight, but has a little fluff on the shoulder!
