although riding without lights on Oxford Rd is a lot less silly than riding on a rural A road without lights and I've seen that a few times this week.

My reading is that they've had legal advice which suggests (on the extremely "safe" side) that the ruling means a women's award *cannot* be trans inclusive. And they feel that they are big enough to need to abide by that in case the Potter woman throws cash at a court case.

I'm not sure what your issue is? you can still save money by buying an advance for a specific train if you don't need the flexibility.
