“People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.” -Elisabeth Kübler-Ross
Plus the new and nasty stevia aftertaste across the full product line. Used to buy cases in bulk, now nada. RIP

Because if people aren’t using the “streamlined” system, then maybe these payouts aren’t actually needed - maybe these folks could’ve supported themselves all along. /s

SCOTUS already gave POTUS 100% immunity for any "official" acts, and he can pardon anyone else at any time. It was a foregone conclusion that he would ignore the separation of powers.

Not attempted - he did not have the planes turn around. They landed in El Salvador. Their president got paid, and now the WH says US judges have no jurisdiction. www.nytimes.com/2025/03/16/u...
Trump Sends Hundreds of Venezuelans to El Salvador in Face of Judge’s Order
President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador announced that his country had taken in more than 200 prisoners whom the U.S. has accused of being part of the Tren de Aragua gang.

So much winking in that post from “but” forward. Something in your eye?
March 15, 2025 at 2:32 PM
Read past the question to the answers. He’s already set the Insurrection Act in motion by declaring the emergency and moving ahead with the period of “assessment.” He’s told us every step of the way what he intends to do before doing it. No reason to think it’s bluster.

Yep. Everything posted says rank-and-file mil is mostly deep red, leadership was more balanced until a few wks ago when so many were relieved. April 20th, we’ll see boots on ground in “sanctuary cities,” civilian protests. Hegseth implies he’s ok shooting them. Will America be enraged or encouraged?

It’s not one or two bad apples in national government. It’s the majority of all three branches of government AND nearly 50% of the citizenry. Imagine a whole militia of Rittenhouses “taking care” of protesters and getting medals for it, bounties on “traitors” for organizing marches. Cooked indeed.

Except in this case, seeing higher ed fold is the desired outcome. “Indoctrination Centers,” “Elitist,” they’ve sold US on stupid is the new smart. Dig in, do more, find loopholes, that’s the clearing in the woods.

Too late. These guys aren’t up for reelection until 2030. In five years, what will be left?

Timed posts, no responses to any replies or acknowledgements in subsequent posts? It's the epitomy of missing the point of online engagement. This just a lot of talking. No listening. That's not representation. Your voters will remember being ignored.

Miller already on record saying he intends to de-naturalize & deport. Why would anyone be surprised about green-cards? Even full citizens are on the list (Trump thinks it's a great idea to send American criminals to El Savador; Tuberville said all protesters are criminals). Slope increases April 20.

You might as well be handing matches to pyromaniacs. You can't at least get them to back off something of importance to your voters so EVERYTHING doesn't burn to the ground?
March 14, 2025 at 2:53 AM
Use leverage to save SOMETHING, National Parks maybe? Step out of their way and they'll roll in the bulldozers faster. Step out of the way and we lose USPS faster. Step out of the way and you're choosing to ax food banks, school meals. Step out of the way and you become complicit to it all. Shame.
March 14, 2025 at 2:12 AM
Isn't that your strategy? Wait for them to burn it down, hope that base feels the pain & sees the light, then swoop in as the better option? Keep waiting and there'll be nothing to save. The air will be filled with pollution, the forests char, pestilience and hunger. Use your leverage; carpe diem.

Always been a tiered system, but the subscription fees just went up.

University protection would be lawyers, but they're being blocked from contacting clients by feds. At best, intl students have revocation of visa/residency, deportation with a 5yr return restriction. At worst, lost in the system indefinitely without due process. Already happening to paying tourists.
