Have had the cosiest Saturday night... I got home from a short seven hour shift, made some salmon and vegetables for dinner and I've been luxuriating on my bed all evening just watching the first couple of episodes of Ring of Power... Now it's bedtime cos work tomorrow.

Have had the cosiest Saturday night... I got home from a short seven hour shift, made some salmon and vegetables for dinner and I've been luxuriating on my bed all evening just watching the first couple of episodes of Ring of Power... Now it's bedtime cos work tomorrow.
Its almost 730pm...I left the house to go to work at 7am... I did a super long shift on two hours of sleep.... I'm too tired to even make dinner so donuts and soda for dinner it is.

I dont know why I am like this but I am about to go and do 10-ish hours, customer facing in retail, on an entire 2 hours sleep and 1 cup of coffee... I must enjoy the challenge lol

It's been a minute since I was here.... But now twitter is a flaming trash heap maybe we will all move over here..... In the interim, I have to get up for work in 3 1/2 hours.... Might as well stay up and make a coffee or read a book...

The last two days have been a LOT... My favourite cat, Azazel was admitted to the animal hospital for three days due to a medical emergency, and it shattered me at the mere notion of almost losing him. I have also been super busy preparing my house for tomorrow's property inspection.

It's Monday which means studying and assessment prep all day, and on the in-between parts I will start prep on a sourdough.

I have been doing so much studying and baking that I almost forgot the internet existed.... and I just got done booking in my time slot for my next assessment so now I get to take a couple of down time days. Which will mean I will FINALLY get some gardening done.

Slowly slowly trying to build a vegan butterbeer cake is the task of the day. And it's entirely from scratch cos you can't just buy butterbeer in my country without it being stupid expensive.

Its Monday, we had a HUGE Halloween party over the weekend and it was a really great time. Today is doing studying and relaxing in comfy pyjamas and sipping lots of tea because its an overcast rainy day. The house is MOSTLY clean after the party, there's just the floors to clean, but that can wait.

I got the results back from the last assessment I turned in. Another great grade. Excellent feedback from the teacher and now I am about to turn in my next assessment, 10 days ahead if schedule.

I spent this whole day working on my next assessment for my Mental Health course. Its due in 12 days but I know me and I need it turned in my Wednesday next week at the absolute latest.

Going to make a solid start on the second unit in my mental health course. This one is about diversity and working with a diverse subsection of the community and the differing needs of those diverse groups.

Today was running errands all morning then cleaning the house for a bit when I go home. Now I am doing a free Hogwarts Escape Room online to pass a little time until I find something else to do for the rest of the afternoon.

Submitted the final assessment for the first unit of my Mental Health course. Did some reading of the course work for the next unit and now I think I want cake so off to the kitchen with me.

Todays intended agenda: Finish and turn in unit assessment, mow lawns, bake some vegan red velvet skull-shaped cupcakes for Halloween, make a start on deep cleaning whole house. We are having a Halloween party this weekend so the house has to be perfectly cleaned.
