The obs-vkcapture plugin does the trick for a spout2 workaround, but it still requires the user to run each program they want to capture via a command wrapper:
obs-capture %command%
Or by passing an enVar in the launcher:
OBS_VKCAPTURE=1
And it doesn't work with everything. 😮💨
