Martinelli pops up with a great equaliser, I think before today the narrative around Arsenal being negative was always over exaggerated. Today I feel the narrative was justified with the starting team. Martinelli threatening from the start with the remaining subs was a far better balance
Understand that maybe all of Eze Saka and Nwaneri are carrying differing levels of injuries, but #AFC cant have many complaints here. Nowehere near the level of attacking qaulity in their play in the middle and final third. Martinelli although frustrating would surely offer more than Trossard atm?

#LFC take the 3 points but Burnley nearly flawless in their low block which deserved the point they looked like they would get. Strange outcome that seen Liverpool deserve more than a point yet Burnley coming away with nothing feels wrong.

Carvalho with 2 goals now in Brentford’s last 4 games, do you think he deserves more game time?
Both Schade and Damsgaard signed in summer of 2022 for Brentford and have only properly kicked into gear this season (appearances & overall play).
I wonder if Fabio Carvalho will be the next slow burner project, signed for over £20M but not kicked on as of yet - undeniable talent

#LFC vs #AFC - Neither team deserved to win neither deserved to lose, felt like a set piece or 50/50 call would decide it. Liverpool will be delighted to be on 9 points after not playing at their top level.

#MCFC exposed yet again for Gruda’s winning goal, Stones misjudging the space to defend after their high line was aggressive
Interesting to see the #MCFC high line and how they are working on it (when to jump)
Ljinders trademark at Liverpool and aimed to allow even more control. I expect Thomas Frank to be watching today and exploiting a lot next week at the Etihad - thats when we’ll see how defensively sound City are

Dont think its time to panic for #BHAFC. Yes, similar themes to dropped points last season across the two games so far this season- but dominated today and gave up few chances.
9th place last season with similar themes, and three more young hungry attackers to add to the side - so it can improve

One thing to note so far, and it is just a trend with some outliers, is that close VAR decisions have tended to favour the “bigger” team in terms of financial power this season.
Only 3 weeks in and could change, but #FFC on the end of 4 bad 50/50s in a row now against #MUFC and #CFC

#LFC have Virgil Van Dijk to thank for keeping them in that game. A monster performance when the team in general went onto their shell. Won every header - nothing fancy on the ball just an old style CB performance

Two balls into the box for #NUFC and should have earned them a draw. #LFC went into their shell and created so little all game. So much credit has to be given to Newcastle - Bruno Burn Livramento all standouts

Find it slightly baffling Fernandes made a song and dance about bumping into the ref. Surely a reset and composing himself would have had a better outcome than staring the ref down.
