I have used JIRA and it’s the same platform we use to develop features and manage roadmaps.

Requests are mapped to a feature if it is in development, or start digging in for new stories.

This transparent approach with CS results in fewer “quick” update requests. This saves time, which I love!

Did this ride include elevation gain/descent? This is a key datapoint that Garmin users would benefit from to evaluate their bike rides.

The “Open Product Discovery” post about NEXT is a fun read.

To be able to capture all customer interactions and modeled is a dream-like state I never knew existed!

If a CEO is unwilling to connect the company ZOOM, user research sessions can be a fit. (Though the outputs will be vastly inferior)
