Oooh great question, thanks for asking! I explored this last month and found I love the dynamic of the soft and hard lines and the tension in between! This mirrors my curiosity to express dark & light, love, hate, lust, and the strength to hold softness when values could be lost..!

I love my finch app! Been using it for 5 months now. I dont always use mine for daily or weekly tasks but everyday reminders of whats possible. Like a list of simple foods I like and the time it takes to have!
Dinosaur meal is eating a handful of spinach... which I should do right now...

Working on some thumbnail sketches for a painting I want to make, expressing one of my somatic experiences in finding feelings inside my body.
This one helped me understand the concept that Patience is an Act of Trust.
I'm thinking maybe a 14x18 size to keep it small yet powerful.

When i was painting acrylic at an open art booth yesterday I started applying light colors first and paused announcing my confusion as to why I was doing it wrong when i knew better.
The host said "that's because you did watercolors last"
And I looked at him in awe cause last week I painted this!

Yes, I'm an oil painter! I love painting arms/hands, chiaroscuro, vigilante characters and concepts... this piece is 10 years old and I haven't done much art in the last 4 years so i wanna get back into a rhythm. I have some pieces I wanna express from somatic experiences of visualizing my feelings

Went to the Pomona Art Walk and one of the booths had open paint! So for 15 min I did little acrylic painting live of my date! It's been a good 7 years since I worked in acrylic but I let my intuition guide me and just have fun! Good to be doing artsy stuff again 😌 #painting #livemodel
