I’m closing in on my 3rd yr working solo. Some months are better than others but when the month is good, it’s fkin GOOD bro. When it’s good it builds interest, you make the effort to learn how to make it yours, and then suddenly it becomes FUN and motivates you to go find more work you like.

Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. You’re gifted for a reason and creating false equivalencies in your head where there are none does you no favors. You rob yourself of the high of having your work, time, and energy appreciated to the point of payment. It’s a very special thing.
