Me too!! I was just thinking: 🤔 I need to get a second one for my old gal! She’s 13 and tried it this morning—then didn’t want to get out of it!! It’s a new bed!

VERY good to know!! I’m scared to touch it or repot it. Honestly, I’d like to ask for a monstera for Xmas gift—but after dealing with this baby—I’m afraid!! Thank you for all your tips and counsel!

This plant hurts my feelings so much and often. I brought it home, bought it some spaghnum moss grow sticks, have tried to ignore it (not overwater). I’ve moved it to a reasonable space next to my fiddle leaf fig.. hoping it would learn that I’m not here to kill it. I’m so envious of yours!!

Perfect! We had a big, clogged iris patch and dug up and separated, replanted back in August. But for some reason, I couldn’t throw away the rhyzomes. Even if someone tells me they’re junk. I just can’t discard. Then, green began growing out of them! The unplanted iris bulbs are simply my bad. 🤦♀️

I felt like I did the right thing, simply putting bulbs in a paper bag. It’s worked for others! But these dahlias look so shriveled! If I can rehydrate? Is that a thing?

I lifted the bulbs bc 1. I’d never had dahlias before and didn’t know how big the plants get. 2. I’d like to plant next growing season, more deliberately. I simply planted these Willy-nilly and they went wild! (In a good productive way!)
