A radiologist living in a place I refuse to work (blue dot in a red state, working remotely for a blue state). Disillusioned by conflict$ of intere$t in medicine (govt/Dobbs/insurance/admin), idealistic enough to work late every night bc patients>profits.

Lining their own pockets with taxpayer dollars in the most inhumane and atrocious way possible. While NIH/clinical trial funding is halted. SOS - I’m assuming you guys aready know, but can someone ethical with a platform talk about this info? @aoc.bsky.social @mcuban.bsky.social

Reposting D Glaucomflecken’s post addressing the United Healthcare shooting. Most doctors I know/work with etc. don’t condone the murder, but we also don’t feel sympathy (certainly not nearly as much as we feel for patients who suffer & die bc of health insurance cos). And that’s okay. 1/3
