This week I decluttered my email inboxes.

When I started I had about 70,000 unread emails (promotions, updates, receipts, TONS of political stuff, etc) combined across several accounts.

I now have ZERO unread emails.

When we feel helpless, our trauma conditioning will have us reflexively blaming ourselves. Trauma Brain will tell us "it's not our fault" is a cop out-- because it loves, loves, loves to conflate "fault" & "responsibility" as a way to make us feel like sh*t.
