There’s a worrying amount of vitriol for federal workers on tiktok, I’m experiencing it firsthand. Saying workers get a payout—which they don’t—will breed further disdain. Please do better. Please.

@nytimes.com the site headline says federal workers are being offered a payout but it’s not a payout, there’s no payout at all, the offer is that they work eight more months and finish the fiscal year

If it get used to open some kind of hell portal or unleash an Eldritch terror, that will be the least bizarre thing that happens in the news cycle

It’s giving kidnappery and/or forced marriage, 500+ year old mmc, banter, 🌶️🌶️🌶️
