If the liberal government cannot pass a budget it is their fault for refusing to negotiate. They were elected as a minority and you expect the other parties to just bow down and submit? We live a democracy thank you.

I have a hard time believing the PCs would want to form a coalition with the Republicans. I think it would probably just end up with a successful no confidence vote and an early election

The Alberta Party is changing their name to the Alberta PCs

This would be an even more disastrous result for the right than 2015 was. 3 right wing parties splitting the vote would be crazy

It feels like it’s been so long since AB politics wasn’t just two parties

Not like a five year old but: PQ is more explicitly separatist with primarily left wing policies. CAQ is more just Quebec Nationalist and is considered pretty far right
