as a blue collar worker my whole life I have on one occasion had to go through a temp agency for work and have known many who have been through them. I dont know much about that specific agency but most don't even see you until they have placed you for employment then there is a quick sit down...

Based on revenue collected for back door pick up the estimate of how many people in Davidson county who have bd pickup seemed at best a little over 200. Another loose estimate of the number of workers the agency could employ (based on ai) was hard to calculate but anywhere from 20-70..
