considering the timeing I thought it was crazy that Memphis knoxville and Little rock all three in the weeks following the Hattie Cotton bombing were not receiving the WFO memos on Kasper either a)deliberately or b)by some systemic failure either seems very very important.

Are you familiar with Leigh Ann Gardner? I could not find a cheatham st crossing 9th ave N that once had a lodge but there is a cheatham place and 9th that does seem to match up with the location and time frame. It's the second lodge listed here ioniclodge254.com/lodge-histor...

@betsyphillips.bsky.social funny how the feds kept calling these cases a local matter but just one month after Hattie cotton they were scrambling to reopen every source under past development they had in the state of Tennessee.

Hendrix, Xavier, Edwards rivaly and infiltration of an atomic energy facility in TN and a major mishap in June 1958. After linking Wernecke to both these cases and the actual Nazi saboteur plot "operation pastorius" I wonder how much deeper this gets

I'm surprised I'm still on Roland's radar for whatever reason but I suppose any thought he gives at all is a chance he looks at the research on theses cases again and thats a good thing considering now the case is, according to MNPD, "inactive" aka IMO a complete cop-out, pun and all.

been off on this rabbit hole of Wernecke and his tie in to all the craziest incidents from operation Pastorious to all the tie ins to the story told in the podcast "Ulta". Feels a little surreal seeing names like Harold Wiseburg in my research.

One of the few places I can find inside details about Asa Carter and the confederate underground together. Seems they had him and one other man in their sights as members. I have Asa shown as one of the three heads of the CU in other files but who is the other

Id love to know how he feels about MNPD moving the Hattie cotton case to inactive while they were being handed info on someone previously unknown to Phillips who claimed participation in Hattie cotton and was the Head of the confederate underground, while never mentioning one word in their report.
