Exactly this. The ad looks terrible, can’t do more than 2 second shots, and is incohesive. Not only would it have not cost much to actually shoot this, it would have looked better and would have had more flexibility in what you could portray.
If only there was a way to produce a live-action ad for less money that would pay a lot more people and not look like everything is dipped in plastic.
