Reading this makes the phrase, it makes my heart sink, the best description for the feeling of sadness caused by her senseless death at such a young age.

Fascism is empowered by creating hysteria. This administration does grasp that social contagion causes hysteria, among MAGA, serving both as a reason to limit civil rights & to induce acts of “patriotic” vigilantism.

Delaware is internationally recognized as a corporate paradise; it’s home to Amazon, Google, Tesla, Walmart, American Express, Disney & literally millions of others. They get anonymity & don’t have to go before juries, a biased Corp court judge rules on disputes.

A recall won’t happen tho authorized by sec 688 - I’ve seen no exception for elected officials. It raises law school type questions. Would activating a US Senator violate the separation of powers? Does it violate speech & debate clause? Is it purely political retribution? Can the courts overturn it?

The burden of refusing should fall on the brass, those in command, so as not to put their troops in the position of deciding what orders are illegal - it’s not always clear & by law, all orders are presumed legal. A PVT or SGT who disobeys will face court marshal & detention until SCOTUS decides.

It’s pronounced “asshole” - all the letters are silent.

Always check out the administrative expenses of a charity. Personally I shy away from any charity with admin expenses greater than 10% of collections.

I simply would refuse to speak to the FBI. There is nothing to add to what is publicly available.

IMO, it falls on the brass, commanders, not only to refuse to obey illegal orders but also to not put their troops in the position of committing illegal acts or facing court martial.

After being wounded, I was in a coma for months; my mind was filled with very vivid, many times horrific, hallucinations. Inasmuch as I agree with ron paul*, I question if I ever came out of that coma.

*partially: the biggest issue to be dealt with is the lawless, fascists in charge.

I tend to block those who follow such MAGA accounts. As I looked, one of the first I came across was this👇🏽. Can anyone explain how that account has 5,600 followers? WTF

I bought this to wear at the next protest.

Garcia’s attorneys should file a motion for an order to show cause why the government’s lawyers should not be barred from practicing in that district and file bar complaints. Then seek payment from the government of any additional atty fees incurred b/c of the lying.

MAGA “good” Muslims.

Mohammed bin Salman b/c “Things happen.”(and 💰💵💰💴💰💶💰💰💰💰 to trump’s family)

Qatar b/c ✈️ - so being a major sponsor of Hamas is okay gets them a military base in the US.

MAGA “bad” Muslims.

Zohran Mamdani b/c he wants to make life affordable for our fellow citizens.

When your whole administration is shit, you can’t stop stepping it. But it’d make great law school questions. Would activating a retired military member who is a sitting Senator because of protected political speech violate separation of powers?

I blocked out the name so as not to embarrass the person.

It would be unusual for me to go more than a day or two without my spouse telling me I’m weird.
November 25, 2025 at 3:01 AM
Even if Kelly told military personnel to disobey all orders, legal or not, he cannot be prosecuted under the UCMJ. Section 688 allows activation of retired military personnel. I’d love to see hegseth try to order a Senator to be activated.

I’ve no doubt trump & bondi see this as a success - although they’ll trash the judge. The point never was to obtain a conviction; it was to harass, to punish by expense of defense & to warn others that regardless of your innocence, you can be targeted.
November 24, 2025 at 6:37 PM
That is an incorrect reading of the law. It lists those subject to impeachment and upon impeachment & conviction, that person shall be removed.
November 24, 2025 at 6:32 PM
The issues of DOJ attorneys lying to the Grand Jury and to the Court should not go away.
November 24, 2025 at 6:25 PM
Clearly another political inquiry initiated by trump. It raises interesting issues. hegseth legally can order retired service members to active duty. But a Senator?! Perhaps station him in bumfuck, Saudi Arabia? And nothing Kelly said when retired can be prosecuted under the UCMJ.
