Dems responses are scattershot, they need a shadow cabinet. Appoint one qualified Dem for each shadow dept (e.g., Senator Warren for shadow treasury sec). The job is to dog the actual sec and be all over the media explaining shit and offering alternatives. One expert for each dept as a media focus.
