my local pharmacy/convenience store just changed so that they close at 11 from previously being 24 hours. i work nightshift and now the only places i can go on my nights off are gas stations. i work at a gas station, i don't wanna go to one on my night off. it's rather frustrating honestly

Yeah, the disappearance of almost all 24 hour places is one of the biggest shifts of the last 10 years that I'm constantly thinking about, but seldom see mentioned.
I miss doing 2am grocery shopping and having the place to myself.
