I would keep Pope as number one for another season.
The cost needed to get a “number one” keeper who offers a worthwhile increase in skill / performance level would be a vast investment.

If #NUFC were the last opponents at Goodison I would be mega worried today.
But an #EFC with nothing to play for, who had their emotional big occasion last weekend. Who are missing players. Who can’t finish anywhere else from their current position. Who are done for the season.

Eddie Howe apparently showed our lads a PowerPoint presentation at half-time in the Carabao Cup final which demonstrated our consistent drop-off in performance levels in the second half of matches.
It obviously worked that day.
But the problem hasn't been fixed. #nufc
