I really wasn't wanting to put actual lineart on the grass, so I just put a lot of strokes down like something in between how I did in these. Then more strokes on the color burn layers (and strokes to erase bits of said layers) to give more depth, especially for further into the background.

So after a week's worth of work I finally finished a concrete reference sheet for FATE, one of my OCs I’ve shown a little on here. Yeah I still need to do a version with his cape and flattened pauldrons but Imma do that later—this is good enough for now
