Loaf number two was better than the first, I'm still figuring it all out. But it's headed in the right direction!
Decided to take a shot at making bread for the first time as a distraction this weekend.
Nothing exploded. Nothing came out raw or burnt to a crisp, and to top it off, it was actually edible!
