It's funny that the array size of 4 applies to uint32_t then the constant applies to the pointer which then that constant pointer applies to the uint32_t with the array size of 4. This is "correct" but it is so ugly and I need to dereference it every time. Glad it's static and the shame is hidden.
I think I went crazy with correctness and ended up with the ugliest C code. (Image of C code with confusing semantics.) We can just close our eyes and pretend it doesn't exist and just appreciate the speed.
