The only movie I’ve had this happen to me at was surprisingly before the pandemic, I saw Hereditary and people laughed the entire movie, the horror aspect completely out the window and the movie became a comedy
Related to conversations around singing in Wicked, I just feel like since the pandemic, people forgot how to go to the movies. The amount of people on their phones, talking, singing, is astounding.
