Clock with seconds on the calendar flyout in recent Windows 11 builds is an on/off toggle.
The classic Date and Time Control Panel still display DST information, but they should add that to the equivalent page in the new Settings app and also the calendar flyout (they have also added the clock with seconds there)

Windows Me's default color scheme looks like Windows 2000's but with a different font (Microsoft Sans Serif rather than Tahoma).
