Finally a Windhawk mod for Windows 10 1809+ that reverts the old automatic accent color!
This also works better than a Chinese tool that actually loads the default color first and then adjusts the color.

I forget that I have the #darken-websites-checkbox-in-themes-setting flag enabled. I have set this on my old phone and it seems to sync with the Google account I set to sync Chrome with.

@laciexpaero.bsky.social You could have modified this part on Windows Aviro to use your build numbers (shell32.dll.mui). You can also modify the build number displayed in safe mode by modifying user32.dll.mui.

A Windhawk made by rounak, which allows modifying the "Windows Default Themes" section in Windows' Personalization CPL. Tested this on Windows 8 and later, and I'm still trying to make this work properly on Windows 7 without the last default theme disappearing.
