So excited for Universal’s Holiday Parade. I love that at Universal the parade is included without Christmas Party admission. Same thing with the How the Grinch Stole Christmas show!

Zootopia has extreme pacing issues. It shoehorns a very mediocre story into a 9 minute show, the actual story of conflict is maybe 3 minutes? The screen is clearly upgraded, but the actual story feels like it was edited out.

Last house of the night was Skinwalker’s Hex, a cool house loosely themed around Skinwalker Ranch and the old west. This was probably my 2nd favorite house of the night. It felt pretty immersive and they did a good job with the western theme.

Large improvements to Ravengate Asylum. Highly immersive, very general abandoned hospital theme but it worked pretty well, with some cool scares. A room reminded me of classic HHN! Very fun house

City of Slaughter was up next. Glad that this house has been changed up quite a bit. Those location had felt really similar the last few years, but I really enjoyed the theme of 1800 cannibals. Felt almost like Jack the Ripper or Sweeney Todd.

Knocked out the haunted Hayride first. I liked that the story this year is more of a general Halloween & Haunt story. But I’ve preferred some of the other years for the hayride more. Still cool, as it’s one of the only in Florida.

Sir Henry’s tonight. Excited to do my annual visit. Looks like a lot of the pavilion has been “plussed”. Better snacks, better swag shop, big animatronics.

Gator Nuggets without sauce 6.5/10. Very good batter, Gator is a chewier meat, but it does actually taste like dark meat nuggets.
WITH the sauce 8/10. Sauce taste like Bloomin Sauce and really brings out the flavor
Only $12, and I think worth it!
