The Weihnachtsgans (lit. "Christmas Goose") is stuffed and typically served with boiled potato dumplings (Klöße), made from mashed potatoes, eggs, flour, and nutmeg, and accompanied by kale or red cabbage.

We’re doing a workshop at work where we can choose any topic or technology, ideally something totally unrelated to our day to day work. We get two days to explore and freely tinker with things we’d probably never get to try otherwise.
