Here's another video from West Advocate beach, this was from Saturday. Near the middle of the clip you can see a woman standing in front of the waves. She was about 5'5", which puts the wave height at 7'-8' high. I was standing about 30' below sea level here #BayOfFundy #NovaScotia

Spencer's Island #NS, my mom was from here. I grew up eating burgers and fries and fish 'n chips from paper bowls with a wooden fork at the end of what was the wharf. Almost every weekend and holiday and summer vacations were spent here. It's home to me, where I'm at peace. #BayOfFundy #NovaScotia
