If you are a person who works at a Federal office, I would recommend keeping your phone on you and charged at all times. Set your phone to automatically back up all videos in the cloud, and film it. If they tell you to back up, film your feet as you do, and don't pause the recording at ANY point.

Seriously, click the post. There is more, it's a whole thread and there are talking points and scripts you can follow if you're at a loss. Way easier than you think.

When you typed outcome, I am assuming it is an acronym, but when I searched outcome measures all I got was medical guides for nurses. Can you provide context? Looking for actionable proven techniques to improve my advocacy.
