I have just learned that sword yoga is a real thing, and I am making it a New Years resolution to try that at least once. I couldn't find a local class, though. Do I know anyone in Portland willing to teach a sword yoga class?

Observations on going to a #Portland protest.

I got out of the house later than expected, and I'm taking the bus into downtown. I'm dressed in mostly nondescript dark clothes. Not pants (recommended) but I am wearing one of my running skorts. I have a hat for the sun and a mask just in case. 1/?

Maybe we should all learn from The Onion. For all the talk about seizing control of the government, seizing control of the press might be far more effective in the long run. And funnier.
