Im so dead at you having to call me skeet daddy😭😭 but thank you so much. I think i went into therapy so hopeless and ready to give my problems to someone else only to realise that therapists are not magicians and i have to do all the work to heal. Then my brain was like you dont need therapy!!.

I think its the fact that i relaxed and chose to trust my instructor otherwise my reflexes would kick in every time i get in the water. I still can’t do much though but theres progress🕺
