Another update, it was so much easier today. I can be dramatic sometimes😭😭
Update, i never thought swimming would be this hard. The water is heavy!, when I breathe out under water the water goes into my body instead, my legs are weak and i did more swallowing than floating in water.
Learning how to swim today, breaking generational curses😌
