The weird thing is that this animal can probably flatten me--and yet because I knew nothing about it, it hasn't scared me (yet). Though it probably should.

Good question, Sam- My theory is that this just amps up the mysteriousness of the character. The full-face helmets might also cover up some bad acting 😂? You've given me something to think about. I wrote an essay about why they just have mono-chromatic planets in Star Wars & Dune (link in bio).

LOL. This is hilarious, Gabe. Wish I'm witty with names. The only name that stuck for me is Millenium Falcon. Every other spaceship just has no name.

This is hilarious, Jon. The thing about Aaron Taylor-Johnson, is that he never had a standout character. His time at the Avengers was almost as good as a cameo. Which is unfortunate.

Thanks for sharing this James- Ron & Hermione had never looked so mature in any other illustrations I've seen. Somehow this makes me feel like a proud parent. Which is strange?

I've only recently learned about "sus" as well. Which I guess saves a bit of time. But something about 'sus' makes me think of "SOS". And maybe that's exactly the point? Bounce the sos idea with your daughter, Emily, and see if 'sos' will ever take off as a replacement for 'sus' :D

I had thought about this, too, Angelo! I think it must've been impossible! But hey I guess sometimes that happens too in real life? Don't know. Maybe it's the thing with 'grass is greener on the other side' so that's how the snyc-ing happens?
