First of all these clowns made elasticity in this equation literally irrelevant by making price elasticity of import demand being 4 and elasticity of import price with tariffs being 0.25. Additionally idk if I even agree with the economics behind the 0.25

There’s a lot here. But the biggest two ports I’ll make are: 1) this list of reasons while incomplete hardly feels like a justification for tariffs 2) US consumer demand is not being siphoned out of the US economy if that demand is still being captured by American companies…

I’ve been protesting my student loans for a year in case they got forgiven or lost, but that ugly man about to be president and my delinquent status hasn’t touched my credit report yet so I guess I should get ahead of that hm. Esp if imma need business loans soon
