tell you what, I’ll stop being bitter about this shit when they start doing anything about it in any field, medium, profession or industry.

Shame is a normal self corrective emotion. It's regularly weaponized against ourselves when we fall into trauma pattern ruminating.

But if she already likes math, then I think maybe she cant work through problems as easily because she might get stuck on trivial calculations, which are simply addressed by rote. Youre not wrong, but adult education is different from how we learned when we were young.

Also many will claim to be responsible for success. But only one is often entire blame for loss. (I like the other reading better than this one though)

There is no piece in chess that cannot traverse the entire board in a swift series of moves. But only your weapons can do that in shogi. And even then, theres only going to be one or two, maybe three if youre lucky. You dont have 6 pieces to throw from the other side of the board.

But the flying chariot is not a soldier. It is not a general. It is a weapon. The laureled horse's magic is unique, and limited. Every movement changes the shape of influence in such a granular way that its hard to remember the piece value.

Never have I ever thought of a chess piece as anything more than its name. Knight like this situation, bishop likes this situation, rook like this situation, coordinations are myriad. So many pieces have so much influence that you almost forget they're value beyond the piece value.

Windows + p, if its on anything but screen only, check display settings or device manager. Look for the TV in Displays. It should be identifiable by name. If its they're troubleshoot windows, if its not, it might not be a windows problem

Self-shame can be a poisonous motivator

Yea I thought so too, too far removed. But it's the only "failure to consider" fallacy i can think of

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Can't prove something isn't, only wat it is.
