Didn’t get to read like I would have liked during the week, so after Kyra went to bed I grabbed my book and got comfy.

The pacing is relentless, Chapter 1 picks up 186 Cycles (i’m assuming that’s years) after the prologue.

Ok so ‘The Rage of Dragons’ prologue was straight gas. 23 pages long of detailed battle scenario that establishes where the book is heading overall and introduces multiple concepts regarding Royal hierarchy, roles within tribes and creatures.

So first off, last year I attempted to read more, it didn’t work out as well as I wanted it to. Like many of my interests/habits, I have issues finishing things I start.

I’m a work in everlasting process.

I definitely read more, but I most certainly could have done better.
