Sadly, will most likely never get to see WAKE UP DEAD MAN. Don't stream NetFlix and AMC won't show it. And NetFlix. doesn't do physical media. So silly. Saw first two Knives Out.

Michelle Yeoh? She was as wooden as Oz talking tree in that first movie. And her talk singing? Yikes.

That role should have been Glenn Close.

If witnessed, one might reach out a hand to him and try to connect the relative emotion felt. Would he brush it away or stare back and smile or shed a tear? Or maybe just agree to have a grande french roast coffee?

Yeah. You are right. It was a lot of close-up facial drama. But awards voters LOVE that. Did not feel like crying at all. It was just overtly melancholy.

Did not ruhrkry - But felt very despondent and needed an embrace. Currently huddling in the maw-like hole beneath a large tree on the estate of THE FUTURIST!

Had a proper escape from 2025 reality into the past & felt it reached a satisfactory heartfelt end. Acting was top notch. Some symbolism went over the noggin. But it truly made one think how jaw dropping & mesmerizing live drama must have been for rustic people. Talk about an escape from reality.

IT was properly atmospheric and reached a satisfactory heartfelt conclusion, but it took its time getting there. Some symbolism felt out of reach.
