Amen. I flew Seahawks off of a Frigate in 1991 in that region for the ‘war on drugs.” We always had USCG for law enforcement.

Due to past regs, utilities have spent megabucks over decades devoted to long term infrastructure for transfer to cleaner energy/reduced emissions. This shift may slow the transition but ultimately producers will choose sustainability (of profits) via clean energy. This is just a troll.

Dude. You have to plan these things in secret. You know . . . remote cabin, mannequins with photos of the victims face, failed early tests, triumphant successful final test and determined faraway look as you and your hawk embark on your mission. Preferably set to eighties pop rock.
