That is a great idea. I tried pickled radish a few years back. Radish is easy to grow. Three weeks from planting seeds to harvest. And there are lots of different forms.

I believe Houston is the 4th largest city in the U.S. I’m considering moving further out after retiring. More room and water for gardening. 😊

Wilmer was a small town. Growing now that people are moving further south out of Dallas. I lived in Fort Worth for decades. Moved out to the country 12 years ago.
