@cohodes.bsky.social presented on diversifying the STEM pipeline at @UM_PSC this week. Takeaways: Summer programs "work," esp. in driving students to enroll in more competitive universities. Summer bridge programs may be less effective than programs that precede college apps; ⬆️ K-12 funding needed.
