This program now accounts for 5% of the faculty hired in the system, and those hired after completing these postdocs have a 97% tenure rate - obviously exceeding baseline tenure statistics.

Students are nearing the end of the book, and are each presenting on an individual who they think is carrying on Carson’s legacy today. The presentations are inspiring, and add a hopeful element to the class. See you next week! Happy reading!

I confess I have a bad reputation for doing exactly what Sarah says above … and so then students tend to do well in my courses. I can’t figure out why I’m supposed to feel guilty for giving students multiple ways to show their knowledge.
