Yay! Just booked our summer hols - going back to house we visited in the spring last year - fully adapted, lift, wheel in shower, hoist, even the cooker and sink is accessible. Middle of the Ardennes forest for a whole week in August. Day trips to Germany and France. Peaceful & beautiful.

Here is my adult child in the outfit he wore for walking the dog for about a fortnight. He would glide mysteriously past the army cadets marching up and down the tennis courts & pretended to cast spells. I followed him once with a Bluetooth speaker playing the theme from a clockwork orange.
