My two problems with the safety tools i've seen are.

1. They focus too much on what the table won't do instead of what they will do.

2. They assume everyone will be okay with the same process for voicing discomfort.

I think part of the problem for D&D is that they don't own the D&D ecosystem.

D&D is a lifestyle for a lot of people but that lifestyle is; buying the core books and a few supplements, and the rest is D&D youtubers, podcasts, and 3rd party books/supplements.

There are so many cool prep/worldbuilding games out there.

Even if you want to offload your prep, there are still better options than AI.
