1/2 Two weeks ago, a popular music venue in Denton, TX had its last show. The place, Andy's, has been open for 31 years. I was one of the lucky ones who attended the last show. It was a truly fantastic show. Whilst on stage, one of the band's singers had asked who the place was named after.

I found out that several people I've worked with for years were let go Friday because of their immigration status. I've been crying angry tears today, trying to function. I'm furious. These are PEOPLE that had LIVES and CHILDREN. Why is the US so shit?
