Now what if the exorcists and by extension Vaggi are her progeny not directly but maybe clones or modelled in her image. Kinda like Jango Fett, take your greatest warrior and make an army in their image. That would make the loss of her husband to then even more tragic.

We'll carry on with her being a fallen warrior because it feeds into the next part of the theory, but she fell for whatever reason maybe because she fell in love with a sinner how and why I don't know but we know she lost a husband so dear to her heart it's left her traumatised and terrified of loss

She knows her way around angelic tech and weaponry better than anyone even angels. What if she was a great warrior of heaven or maybe a Hephaestus type character. Her being a fallen angel would also explain her children as sinners can't have kids and her suspicionsly good knowledge of heaven.
